Pilates for Sports - Calling All Sportspeople!
Come and try a session of pilates to complement your sports training.
These sessions are aimed at males and females already involved in sport whether it's rugby, hockey, football, GAA, boxing, cycling, running, CrossFit etc.
The sessions will be challenging, and target mobility and strength in your shoulders, spine, hips and core. You can ‘reset’ your body after a week of training or prepare your body for a weekend of matches/competition, help to reduce the risk of injury, support longevity in your sport and improve performance and recovery.
Classes are face to face sessions in The Playshed every Friday at 7-8am from 8th September for 8 weeks. Coffee will also be available after the session for those who need an additional boost for the day ahead. Book in online through www.sisterstudio.uk, select the 8-week block of classes and pay using the online payment option.
